In addition to providing resources to students interested in learning languages such as Arabic, Hebrew, Kurdish, Persian, and Turkish, CSME connects with the many IU student associations that focus on the Middle East and North Africa. The Center for the Study of the Middle East also sponsors a group of students who represent IUB at the Model Arab League competition.
